  1. It's 1 cup of soaked black chickpeas.
  2. You need 2 of any bread slice.
  3. It's 1 cup of chopped carrots.
  4. You need 1 cup of chopped greenpapers.
  5. It's 1 cup of chopped onions.
  6. You need 2 of medium sized boiled potatoes.
  7. It's 1 of red dried chilli.
  8. Prepare of All Spices:.
  9. You need 1/2 tablespoon of chilli powder.
  10. It's 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric powder.
  11. You need 1/2 tablespoon of garlic salt.
  12. Prepare 1 tablespoon of ginger paste.
  13. Prepare 1 tablespoon of chaat masala.
  14. Prepare 1 tablespoon of garam masala.
  15. You need 1 tablespoon of cumin powder.
  16. Prepare 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  17. It's 1/2 tablespoon of sugar.
  18. You need of Salt as per taste.
  19. Prepare 2 tablespoons of oil.

Black Chickpeas veggie kabab step by step

  1. Grind the boiled black chickpeas with red dry chilli in a mixer and take it out in a bowl..
  2. Grind the bread and add it into a chickpea mixture..
  3. Mixed all chopped veggies with a mixture and add all the spices mentioned in a list. Balance the salt as per your taste. Add 2 tablespoons of oil..
  4. If mixer is lumpy or wet then add 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour and make sure it is enough dry to make a roll out of it..
  5. Now put some oil in your palm so the mixture doesn’t stick and take a small portion and press between your palm to give it a nice round shape..
  6. Once you finish with the mixture, you can now half fry or deep fry the kabab as you like..
  7. Serve it with peanut/tamarind chutney or stuff it inside the bread with cheese and enjoy it 🙂.

First i decided to make a chana chaat for me, but then i thought i would share a kabab recipe made with chana. It is called as shammi kabab and it is so easy to make but taste very good and healthy for you as well. My kids did not like pulses but I make sure that they get all protein and minerals.
