- Preheat oven 160c. Prepare cupcake tin with cases... in a bowl Fluff stalk and caster sugar together with a wooden spoon.
- Add in the whisked eggs, vanilla extract too, using electric whisk mix together for 1 min.
- Then add the sieved flour and baking powder in, whisk again for 20 seconds.
- Add the milk last and then whisk for 5 seconds.
- Pop into cases, and bake for around 20 minutes in fan oven, 160c.... take out and then cool, and decorate when completely cooled down x.
